Headaches and migraines can be multifactorial in cause, but
often are due to tensions from imbalance in body alignments and
posture. These lines of tension running through the body can cause
headaches or migraines.
At the practice we use a groundbreaking technique,
effectively releasing or 'un-locking' long standing tensions
rapidly. The technique was developed with leading researchers and osteopathic teachers
and was the subject of a final year degree dissertation. The
process is swift, usually always painless, and has striking results.
